At Happened by Chance Horses our mission is to Rescue, Rehabilitate and Rehome horses that have otherwise been forgotten or neglected. In some cases the owners just become overwhelmed or have to move, there might be a lack of funding, the reasons are never ending. But no matter what the reason, we try and help as many of these horses as possible.
